"Tomorrow, we will march to the Supreme Court as Indians, united beyond party, gender, caste, community and state. Youth, all opposition parties, civil society groups, all those who believe in democracy and stand by the Constitution of India, will walk with us. We will submit a memorandum to the Chief Justice on behalf of the nation, demanding an end to vote chori, halting of SIR and the resignation of Gyanesh Kumar," Gandhi said.
He added that Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, NSA Ajit Doval and RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat "cannot silence India's voice".
"These cowards cannot intimidate us. They will have to step aside. We will march together, with love, brotherhood and patriotism. Daro mat. Tomorrow, all of India will march to the Supreme Court," he said.
The Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha had earlier announced that the INDIA bloc would take to the streets again on October 12, alleging that Delhi Police and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) workers used violence against students and women during the CJP-led protests in Delhi.

The Congress leader announced that the Opposition would meet the Chief Justice on Monday and seek accountability over the alleged violence and the treatment of protesters.
"On Monday, we will also meet the Chief Justice Surya Kant and demand that the guardians of the law cannot sit with a blindfold on while the Constitution is being torn to shreds and democracy trampled upon on the streets of Delhi," he said.
