Talking about the Agnipath scheme, Gandhi cornered the BJP government for demanding 'one rank, one pension, during the Congress’ rule and now coming up with a scheme that has 'no rank, no pension'.
He alleged that PM Modi has handed the country to ‘two-three industrialists’ and now the last resort of jobs in the army has also been ‘closed’. He further said the Chinese army is ‘sitting on our land’ and asserted that the army should be strengthened but the government is ‘weakening it’.
