Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Tuesday attacked Congress leader Rahul Gandhi over the Agnipath military recruitment scheme, and dubbed him as machine of lies.

Shah took on leader of opposition Rahul Gandhi over Congress alliance with National Conference in Jammu and Kashmir and asked him to clarify his position on Article 370.

Addressing a public rally in Loharu in Bhiwani for upcoming assembly polls in Haryana, Shah challenged Gandhi to clarify his position on whether the removal of Article 370 in Kashmir was a good or bad decision.

"Rahul Gandhi is a machine of lies who can lie in any language. He should clarify whether removing Article 370 from Kashmir was a good or bad thing," Shah said.

Shah also alleged that Gandhi and National Conference leader Omar Abdullah have an agenda to release all terrorists after the (Jammu and Kashmir) elections and hold talks with Pakistan

Shah lashed out at the Congress for not implementing the 'One Rank One Pension' scheme and said it was Prime Minister Narendra Modi who implemented it.
