Quid pro-quo case: Y S Jaganmohan Reddy, other accused appear before CBI court
HYDERABAD: YSR Congress chief Y S Jaganmohan Reddy and other accused in the case pertaining to alleged quid-pro-quo investments made in his firms today appeared before a special CBI court here which posted the matter to December 19.

Jagan, the prime accused in the case, who represents Pulivendula Assembly seat in Kadapa district of Andhra Pradesh, his close aide and financial advisor V Vijay Sai Reddy and other accused including former minister Dharmana Prasada Rao, also appeared before the court in connection with different aspects of the case.

A few industrialists and some IAS officers, who have been named in the 11 charge sheets, also appeared before the court.

The case pertains to alleged investments made by various private firms and individuals to the tune of several crores of rupees in Jagan's businesses as part of quid pro-quo arrangement for various favours bestowed on them during the tenure of his father late Y S Rajasekhara Reddy as Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh between 2004 and 2009.
