Punjab government fixes 8.7 per cent interest rate on GPF, CPF

CHANDIGARH: Punjab Government has fixed 8.7 per cent interest rate on General Provident Fund (GPF) and Contributory Provident Fund (CPF) for the year 2015-16.

Disclosing this here, an official spokesperson of the Finance Department said employees could avail 8.7 per cent interest rate from April one, 2015 on GPF and CPF and other funds credited by them.
