In the absence of prominent members Arvind Kejriwal and Kiran Bedi, the campaign was led by Manish Sisodia.
Sisodia and other Team Anna members, including Gopal Rai, told reporters that they were neither against nor in favour of any particular party or leader.
Their concern was to tell voters to elect a candidate with clean image, they said.
Sisodia said "establishing a strong and effective Lokpal is our aim."
Referring to the Lokpal Bill drafted by the Centre, he said it would fail to check corruption.
He asked the BJP why its central leadership had not issued a directive to the states where its own party was in power to set up an Uttrakhand-type of Lokayukta in their states.
He said the Uttrakhand Lokayukta is the best in the country.
Yesterday, Team Anna had campaigned in Amritsar.
