Punjab CM announces annual dope test for government officials
Hours after Punjab Chief Minister Amarinder Singh wrote to Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh recommending death penalty for first-time drug smugglers and peddlers, state government officials are now under the scanner after an announcement requiring them to undergo an annual mandatory dope test.
