1 What makes Bengaluru tick?
I find our city to be a fantastic mix of almost everything. From art, culture, tradition, history to even our Gen Z techie and startup entrepreneurs. All of this makes Bengaluru so cosmopolitan and tourist-friendly. It's not for nothing that the many people who come here for a short work stint make it their home.

2 What is your favourite Bengaluru moment?
The city has been home to my family for many generations. So my Bengaluru moment has to be the moment I land in the city. Whether it is returning from any of my work trips or holidays, the feeling of homecoming is unparalleled.

3 If you were the dictator of Bengaluru, what is the first thing you would do?
What bothers me the most about our city lately is the traffic. It seems to be getting worse with each day. So, if I were the dictator, I would improve not only the frequency of our public transport but also the quality. I would try to make the joy of using the buses and metro far superior than our own vehicles thereby reducing the traffic and pollution.

4 Who is your favourite Bengalurean? Why?
My favourite Bengalurean has to be NR Narayana Murthy, primarily because my wife had the good fortune of interacting with him when she worked for Infosys. He is one of the most humble, simple and down-to-earth industrialists that I hold in a very high regard.

5 If not Bengaluru, which city? Why?
If not Bengaluru, I would have liked Delhi because I find it clean with better roads and infrastructure.Also because it is the capital city and has so much history with all those monuments telling a different story each.
