Provide shelter, food to migrants: Telangana govt

HYDERABAD: The Telangana government has asked the urban and rural local bodies to provide shelter and food to the migrant workers. The instructions were also issued for maintaining proper hygiene and social distance at the temporary shelters.

While state borders were sealed and the movement of private and public transportation was curtailed, the state government has asked its elected representatives in the border districts to attend to the concerns of the stranded migrant labourers.
