Both Houses of Parliament adjourned amid protests by opposition
It was the third day in a row when the proceedings of the House were disrupted due to protests by these parties after the Budget session reconvened.

Both the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha were adjourned for third day today amid protests by various opposition parties over a range of issues including the PNB scam, vandalism of statues in some states and constitution of the Cauvery Board for division of the river water.
The proceedings of both the Houses were disrupted by protests by the opposition parties.
Members of opposition parties including the TDP, AIADMK, Shiv Sena, YSR Congress and TMC started shouting slogans as soon as the Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan took her chair to conduct the proceedings of thye House.
The Upper House witnessed similar scenes as TDP members along with AIADMK protested over the issue of special status to Andhra Pradesh and constitution of Cauvery river board respectively.
The TDP and a Congress member demanded implementation of a special package for Andhra Pradesh to compensate the state for the loss it suffered after Telangana was carved out of the state.
The Shiv Sena was demanding classical language status for Marathi.
The Rajya Sabha chairman Venkaiah Naidu took strong notice of the ruckus created by opposition members and said such acts were "bad" and "against democracy".
He also expressed concerns over vandalism of statues in different parts of the country.
