Priya Dutt sells Bandra apartment for Rs 15.6 crore

The former-Member of Parliament (MP) has transferred this flat spread over 2,002 sq ft built up area and carpet area of 1,675 sq ft on December 18.

MUMBAI: Politician Priya Dutt, who represented the Mumbai North Central parliamentary constituency, has sold an apartment in Mumbai’s Bandra suburb at Rs 93,000 per sq ft or total Rs 15.60 crore.

The former-Member of Parliament (MP) has transferred this flat spread over 2,002 sq ft built up area and carpet area of 1,675 sq ft on December 18. The ready reckoner rate for the said residential apartment based on its size and locality is around Rs 8.21 crore. The stamp duty paid for the registration of the flat itself is Rs 78 lakh, showed the registration details. According to the documents, the apartment has been bought by another Bandra resident Krishnakumar Vaidyanath.

The said flat sold by Dutt is on the second floor of building named Imperial Heights, located on Nargis Dutt Road, Pali Hill. Along with the flat, the deal also includes two car park spaces. Dutt herself stays in the same building on the 11th floor.
