Prime Minister to visit Gujarat on his birthday

GANDHINAGAR: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be visiting his home state on his birthday on Tuesday.
Modi is scheduled to reach Gujarat on late Monday night and meet his mother Hiraba early Tuesday morning to seek blessings before proceeding to Kevadia Colony to attend a grand celebration of Sardar Sarovar dam reaching its full capacity of 168.68 meters.
Earlier the state government had invited the Prime Minister to attend the event and on Sunday evening, Chief Minister Vijay Rupani tweeted “we look forward to welcome our beloved Prime Minister Narendra Modiji on his birthday 17 th September at Kevadia to celebrate “Namami Devi Narmade Mahotsav.”
