Prime Minister Narendra Modi pays tributes to Jawaharlal Nehru
Prime Minister Narendra Modi today paid tributes to Jawaharlal Nehru on his 125th birth anniversary, remembering his efforts.

"Today we mark the 125th birth anniversary of our first Prime Minister Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru. My tributes to him," tweeted Modi, who is on a visit to Australia.
"We remember Pandit Nehru's efforts during the freedom struggle and his role as the first Prime Minister of India," he said in another tweet.

Modi has made it clear that the anniversary will be celebrated in a big way.
