Prime Minister Narendra Modi balancing Bihar visit with India-Africa summit
PM will be doing a balancing act between ongoing poll campaign in Bihar and the India-Africa Summit, a monthly PRAGATI meeting and ‘Run for Unity’ event.

OCT 28-29: No Rallies in Bihar
Phase-IV elections on November 1, but PM will be in Delhi on Oct 28 & 29
From 9 am to 1 pm on Oct 28, PM will be busy in 11 bilateral meetings with heads of African nations; nine more such meetings from 2 pm to 5 pm.
Will hold his monthly PRAGATI meeting at 3 pm. PM to host heads of African countries for dinner at National Handicrafts and Handlooms Museum from 6:30 pm to 10 pm.
On October 29, PM will be busy with the India-Africa Summit at Indira Gandhi Stadium from 9 am till 5:30 pm and later attend a dinner hosted by the President followed by a cultural event at Rashtrapati Bhavan.
PM held a rally in Siwan on Monday that votes in Phase-IV and will hold more rallies in other Phase-IV areas — Sitamarhi, Bettiah and Motihari — on Tuesday.
OCT 30: Bihar Round
PM in Bihar to hold two pre-noon rallies in Phase-IV areas — Gopalganj at 9 am and Muzaffarpur at 10:30 am. Back in Delhi around 2 pm from Patna to conduct bilateral meetings with the African heads of states.
OCT 31: Skipping Bihar
Modi not in Bihar on October 31. Scheduled to garland the statue of Sardar Patel at Patel Chowk, make an address at Rajpath and later take part in a ‘Run For Unity’ event.
NOV 1 & 2: PM Back
Back in Bihar, hold 6 rallies in areas polling in the last phase on Nov 5 — Madhubani, Madhepura, Katihar, Purnia, Forbesganj and Darbhanga.
