Prime Minister Narendra Modi today launched 17 projects in Varanasi, his Lok Sabha constituency, and laid the foundation of six more projects. The PM also flagged off the Mahamana express and inaugurated the Utkarsh bank.

Addressing a public rally, Modi said that his government wants to make Varanasi the new economic center.

PM is on a two day visit to Varanasi.
