PM Narendra Modi hopeful that Budget will fulfil expectations of common man

He said that the world has taken note of India's economic growth and international credit rating agencies have given a thumbs up to India's economy.

PM Modi's statement ahead of Budget Session of Parliament
Ahead of the start of this year's Budget session, the Prime Minister expressed confidence that the Union Budget will fulfil the expectations of the common man.

He said that the world has taken note of India's economic growth and international credit rating agencies as well as institutions like the World Bank and the IMF have given their thumbs up to India's economy.

The Prime Minister also urged all political parties to come together and pass the Triple Talaq Bill as a gift to Muslim women.
