Prem Kumar Dhumal's son attacks Himachal CM Virbhadra Singh, wife for concealing assets
"Both (Virbhadra and his wife) have concealed facts in their election affidavits about the income of their son (Vikramaditya Singh), who was shown as dependent on them,"
"Both (Virbhadra and his wife) have concealed facts in their election affidavits about the income of their son (Vikramaditya Singh), who was shown as dependent on them," Arun Dhumal, who is facing criminal charges in connection with a land purchase case, told reporters here.
"Why the CM and his wife did not mention about the bank account of their son, in which Rs 1.1 crore was allegedly deposited in November 2011?" he asked and urged the Election Commission to take action on the matter.
Virbhadra was elected to the Assembly in December 2012 from the Shimla (Rural) constituency and his wife won the Mandi Lok Sabha by-election in June 2013.
Junior Dhumal asked whether Vikramaditya "is dependent or independent" and said, in case, he is not dependent, he should disclose his source of income.
"I also demand resignation of both Virbhadra Singh and his wife on moral grounds," he said.
He accused the Chief Minister of wreaking political vendetta and targeting the former Chief Minister and his family members.
