Meanwhile, Prashant has dropped enough hints about the begining of his new political inning from Bihar. “Excited to start my new journey from Bihar,” he has tweeted.

Sources said Prashant Kishor may be given the task of negotiating with BJP for seat sharing arrangement. “He may become number 2 within JDU. He joins the JDU at a time when NDA allies – BJP, JDU, LJP and RLSP-are struggling hard to give final shape to the seat sharing arrangement,” a source in JDU told ET.

However, JDU sources remain tight-lipped about Prashant’s plan, if any, to contest the upcoming Lok Sabha polls. “If he wishes so, Buxar Lok Sabha constituency suits his candidature. But, Buxar is currently represented by union minister Ashiwini Choubey,” a source in JDU said.
