NEW DELHI: AAP convenor Arvind Kejriwal’s return to the Capital on Monday evoked a series of conciliatory messages and gestures from the dissenting faction with Prashant Bhushan seeking time with the party chief to sort out their differences.

Speaking to ET, Bhushan said that he has sought an appointment with Kejriwal for a face-to-face discussion on each of the issues raised by him and Yogendra Yadav over the last two weeks. “I have sent him a long SMS. It’s his call if he want to meet us (Bhushan and Yadav) together or separately. I am okay with anything. I am hopeful he will reply,” he said, adding that this is his second attempt at reaching out to the party chief ever since the internal rift was reported in the media.

Bhushan has also sent an SMS to Kejriwal on March 4, to which, he says, the latter did not respond. The Delhi Chief Minister returned to the Capital after his 10-day naturopathy treatment for chronic cough and diabetes in Bangalore.
