Powerful grenade found at govt employee's residence

IMPHAL: A powerful grenade was found at the residence of Md. Sanajaoba alias Jahlil of Lilong Turel Ahanbi in Thoubal district this morning, official sources said.

The bomb was kept by the unidentified militants at Md Sanajaoba's residence.Md Sanajaoba was a senior accountant of the Industry department in Thoubal district.

The bomb was defused by the police bomb experts at around 9.30 a.m., the sources added.
