Powerful bomb explodes in Imphal, no one injured

IMPHAL: A powerful bomb exploded in the heart of Thangal Bazar area in Imphal West district this afternoon, official sources said.

An unidentified person hurled a hand grenade at a medical shop there, they said, adding that no one was injured in the incident.

No militant outfit, organisation or individual has claimed responsibility so far.
