PNB fraud: Mehul Choksi moves CBI court seeking cancellation of non-bailable warrant
Fugitive diamantaire Mehul Choksi has moved an application for cancellation of non-bailable warrant (NBW) against him before the Mumbai CBI Special Court, news agency ANI reported. Choksi, who allegedly co-conspired the Rs 13,600-crore Punjab National Bank (PNB) fraud, had earlier suggested that it would not be possible for him to travel due to health issues.
