NEW DELHI: Giving thumbs up sign, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh asserted on Monday that his government will win the vote of confidence in the Lok Sabha which will commence a 16-hour debate on the subject at 11 am.
Arriving at Parliament House, an uncharacteristically animated Prime Minister waived at the waiting news camerapersons and indicated a 'V' sign before entering his office there.
When newspersons asked about the government's prospects in the vote, he responded by saying "we will prove majority on the floor of the House".
