PM Narendra Modi's Mahoba rally 'completely flop': Mayawati

NEW DELHI: Describing Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s rally in UP’s Mahoba as “completely flop”, Bahujan Samaj Party’s national president Mayawati said Bundelkhand region remains ignored under the Modi government ruling at the centre.

She, in a press release issued by BSP, said no development scheme could be seen at the ground level in Bundelkhand area under two-and-a-half-year tenure of Modi government.

Referring to PM Modi’s allegations against her party at Mahoba rally, Mayawati said this is politically motivated. According to her, BSP government had initiated actions against land mafia and corrupt people during its tenure in the past in the state.
