PM Narendra Modi to hand over dossier on activities of radical Sikhs in UK
NEW DELHI: PM Modi is likely to take up the activities of radical Sikh groups in the UK during his meeting with British PM David Cameron.

India will also ask Britain to take strong action against these groups trying to revive the demand for Khalistan, backed by Pakistan’s ISI.

According to intelligence reports, these groups also plan to protest outside Wembley Stadium, where Modi is expected to address a huge gathering on Friday.

The dossier on ‘activities of radical Sikhs in UK’, highlighting the attempts being made by these groups to radicalise Sikhs, will be shared by India. According to the dossier, hardline groups have been organising theoretical classes for radicalisation of Sikh youths abroad.

Avtar Singh Khanda, vice-president of youth wing of Shiromani Akali Dal (Mann), a close associate of Khalistan terrorist Jagtar Singh Tara, and Paramjit Singh Pamma (associated with Babbar Khalsa International), are planning to hold theoretical radicalisation training classes for Sikh youths.

“Besides imparting ideological indoctrination, youths would also be imparted theoretical training to make improvised explosive devices using common chemicals by giving live demonstrations. Such classes have been held in recent past at Gurunanak Gurdwara, Spark Hill, Stratford, Birmingham (December 2014), Gurdwara Singh Sabha, Glasgow (January 2015),” claims the dossier prepared by Indian agencies.

Get Lalit Modi deported for smooth house

The AICC has asked PM Modi to speak to his British counterpart and get ex-IPL chief Lalit Modi deported to India.

The AICC made it clear such an action by the PM was necessary to ensure smooth conduct of winter session. “...The PM...can’t make further excuses by hiding behind technicalities of extradition laws,” AICC chief spokesperson Randeep Singh Surjewala said.
