PM Narendra Modi arrives in Mumbai for day-long visit

MUMBAI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived here today for a day-long visit packed with programmes including the foundation stone laying ceremony of Dr B R Ambedkar memorial and a public meeting.

At the airport, he was received by Maharashtra Governor Ch Vidyasagar Rao and Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis.

Immediately on arrival Modi left for the Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust where he would lay the foundation stone of the Rs 7,900-crore fourth terminal.
