PM attacking Constitution by recruiting public servants through 'RSS' instead of UPSC: Rahul Gandhi on govt's lateral entry move
Rahul Gandhi criticized the government's decision to seek lateral entry into the bureaucracy, claiming it undermines constitutional principles and reservation for marginalized communities. The Union Public Service Commission has advertised 45 post...

"Reservation of SC, ST and OBC categories is being openly snatched away by recruiting through lateral entry on important posts in various ministries of the central government. Continuing his attack on the PM, Rahul Gandhi said "Instead of improving this, they are being pushed further away from top positions through lateral entry. This is a robbery of the rights of talented youth preparing for UPSC and an attack on the concept of social justice including reservation for the deprived."
"INDIA will strongly oppose this anti-national move which hurts both the administrative structure and social justice. 'Privatisation of IAS' is 'Modi's guarantee' to end reservation," said the LoP.

"The government of India has submitted the requisitions for lateral recruitment of joint secretary and director/deputy secretary level officers.
