NEW DELHI: A plea was today moved in the Supreme Court complaining against the order of the Bombay High Court granting two-day interim bail to Salman Khan in 2002 hit-and-run case in which the Bollywood star has been sentenced to five years imprisonment.

The plea was mentioned before a bench headed by Chief Justice H L Dattu which did not give it an urgent hearing on the ground that the issue will come before the High Court tomorrow.
