Pilot car not given to Amit Shah's convoy, alleges BJP
BURDWAN: West Bengal BJP today alleged that party national president Amit Shah, who is entitled to Z-plus security cover, was not provided with a pilot car by the state police when he visited Burdwan today.

"When we were coming from Kolkata to attend a party meeting and rally here, all of a sudden I noticed that Amit Shah's convoy does not have a pilot car," BJP state president Rahul Sinha said.

"He is entitled to have a pilot car due to his Z-plus security cover. Later on I came to know that the state has not given any pilot car to his convoy. This shows the mean mindedness of the Mamata Banerjee government," Sinha said.

The BJP president attended a rally here in Burdwan district to kick off the party's membership drive in West Bengal.
