PIL against land deals of Robert Vadra's firms: HC defers hearing
NEW DELHI: The Delhi High Court today fixed July 9 for hearing the maintainability of a PIL seeking a court-monitored CBI probe into land deals entered into by Robert Vadra firms.

"So far we have not applied our mind on the maintainability of the case. Give us some time," a bench comprising Chief Justice G Rohini and Justice RS Endlaw said.

Petitioner in the case ML Sharma, a lawyer, has opposed the grant of licenses to change land use of agricultural plots purchased by companies, in which Vadra has stakes in Gurgaon. The PIL also seeks a probe into land deals entered into by Skylight Hospitality Pvt ltd and its subsidiaries in Rajasthan.
