PF scam: Five accused judges provided relevant documents

GHAZIABAD: Five accused judges in the provident fund scam were today provided relevant documents relating to the case by a special CBI court.

Judge A K Singh provided the accused, who were present at the court, all the relevant documents related to case.

The sixth accused judge remained absent due to ill health.

"The court allowed the application of absent judge on medical ground. While the remaining five judges were present in the court," advocate of the accused judges, Mahender Mudgal said.

Singh fixed August 29 as the next date for hearing.
