MUMBAI: NCP Chief Sharad Pawar would be in hospital for at least two more days, party sources said.
"Pawar is doing fine and he is expected to be in hospital for at least two more days," state NCP spokesperson Prakash Binsale told PTI today.
The Union Agriculture Minister yesterday underwent a surgical procedure to remove mouth infection at a city hospital. The procedure to remove infective granuloma took almost an hour. NCP, formed in 1999, is celebrating its anniversary today.
Asked if Pawar's hospitalisation would have an impact on anniversary celebrations, Binsale said, "We are celebrating the anniversary."
"Pawar is doing fine and he is expected to be in hospital for at least two more days," state NCP spokesperson Prakash Binsale told PTI today.
