Of the total collections, about ₹18.88 lakh crore came from cesses while ₹21.38 lakh crore has been transferred on an actuals or revised estimates basis to designated cess and reserve funds, Minister of State for Finance Pankaj Chaudhary said, in a reply to the Rajya Sabha.
