A 5-member ‘high-level committee’ formed by the JNU administration has blamed an unidentified group of 10-15 outsiders for raising controversial slogans. The panel did not say that Kanhaiya Kumar, Umar Khalid, Anirban Bhattacharya shouted any of the controversial slogans. Some key observations:

Presence of outsiders noted by security staff and confi rmed by eye witnesses. Outsiders had their head and faces covered by a cloth/scarf most of the time

The outsiders shouted: "Kashmir ki aazadi tak, jang rahegi, jang rahegi"; "Bharat ko ragda, de ragda"; "zor se ragdo, de ragda"
