Pakistan is committed to having a meaningful dialogue with India and had never backtracked, she said at a news briefing.
She also criticised India over the 'boat' controversy saying Pakistan had already stated that its boats were not involved in the incident.
Aslam said that contradictory statements issued by top Indian officials prove "the boat issue was a drama that has now been exposed".
She also said that India had not shared any reports about the 2007 Samjhauta Express bombing that killed 68 people, mostly Pakistanis, adding that the Indian government should share complete details of the investigation with Pakistan.
