Pak to file cases against five Mumbai attack accused: TV report

According to a report in Geo TV, Pakistan’s reply on the Mumbai terror attacks probe is ready and the government has reportedly agreed to file cases against five accused.

NEW DELHI: According to a report in Geo TV, Pakistan���s reply on the Mumbai terror attacks probe is ready and the government has reportedly agreed to file cases against five accused.

Geo TV says the report states that the Mumbai attacks were planned outside Pakistan. It further says that case will be filed against five Pakistanis including Ajmal Kasab.

Local media reports also claim that Pakistan is likely to request India for consular access to the lone terrorist captured alive during the Mumbai terror attacks, Ajmal Kasab.

"Pakistan's report on its investigation into the Mumbai terror attacks will be made public either on Monday or Tuesday, Premier Yousuf Raza Gilani had said on Friday.
