Over 21 lakh people have been made digitally literate in Bihar: Ravi Shankar Prasad
Union Law and Justice and Information Technology Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad said that Centre wants to make 6 crore people digitally literate through ‘digital literacy program’. Through this program, Centre has made 21 lakh 44 thousand people of Bihar digitally literate.
