OROP: Solanki bats for all facilities to ex-servicemen

CHANDIGARH: Punjab and Haryana Governor Prof Kaptan Singh Solanki today said that as soldiers and ex-servicemen make supreme sacrifices for the country, they deserve not only respect but also all facilities.

He expressed happiness over the fact that a large number of soldiers in Armed forces belong to Haryana, Punjab and Chandigarh, which indicates their passion towards security of the country.

It was during his meeting with ex-servicemen who had called on him to thank the government for implementation of One Rank One Pension (OROP) Scheme, at Haryana Raj Bhawan here today he expressed this.

The ex-servicemen expressed gratitude towards Prime Minister Narendra Modi for implementation of One Rank One Pension Scheme.
