Open channels for talks between India and Pakistan, says Jammu and Kashmir CM Mehbooba Mufti

 SRINAGAR: J&K CM Mehbooba Mufti expressed grave concern over escalation of tension with Pak and has called for reconciliation between the two neighbours.

The confrontation between New Delhi and Islamabad could lead to a disaster of epic proportions, the CM said and urged for channels of communication between the two countries to be opened.

“We in J&K have suffered immensely because of the violence and know very well its dangers and consequences,” she said.
