On poll day, 4 ultras killed in J-K

JAMMU: The army shot dead four militants in an encounter in north Kashmir today, when ten constituencies went to polls in the first phase of polling, a defence spokesman said here.

On a tip off, troops cordoned off an area in Lachipora belt of Uri teshil in Baramulla district. An encounter ensued and four ultras were killed.
