Omar Abdullah says ECI gerrymandering won't work in West Bengal, Mamata will emerge victorious
Jammu and Kashmir's Chief Minister Omar Abdullah expresses optimism for Mamata Banerjee's victory in the West Bengal elections, firmly believing that the integrity of the vote is beyond manipulation.

Abdullah responded to West Bengal chief minister's statement regarding the targetted transfer of over 50 senior officials of the state even before the formal election notification.
"These sweeping transfers only happen in non-BJP ruled states and especially in West Bengal but that’s no surprise," said Abdullah. The J&K CM said that West Bengal will once again prove what he has always believed to be true that officers don’t win elections for political parties, the leaders of political parties do.
