The working president of opposition National Conference was apparently referring to the logjam in the Parliament over the issue of corruption.

SRINAGAR: Former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah today advocated 'no-work-no-pay' rule for lawmakers in the country if there is no Question Hour and less than two hours of regular business.

"If Parliament/Assembly don't have Question Hour and at least 2 hours of regular business, no salary and allowances should be paid for that day," Omar wrote on microblogging site Twitter.
