Now, Nizam’s daughter stakes claim to Rs 2,000 crore assets
Niloufer, the daughter of Mukarram Jah, the eighth Nizam of Hyderabad, said on Sunday that she will go to court if she is denied her rightful share in ancestral property.

Niloufer, who recently turned 21 and is in Hyderabad with her mother, Manolya Onur, the Nizam's third ex-wife, said she has not spoken to her dad for around two years due to legal wrangles.
"My main purpose is to meet my father. Until two years ago, I spent a month or two with him every year," said Niloufer, who landed here this week from Istanbul.
"But even his location is not being revealed to us now in fear that we will make him sign some documents for property," she said. Mukarram Jah, 79, is the titular Nizam of Hyderabad and remains one of the richest Indians with assets including the Chowmahalla and the Falaknuma Palace. The Nizam's two ex-wives, Princess Esra Birgin, who holds power of attorney for all his properties, and Manolya Onur, the Nizam's third ex-wife, are battling in court for rights to the property.
