NEW DELHI: Defending demonetisation move in Lok Sabha during the debate over The Specified Bank Notes (Cessation of Liabilities) Bill or the bill on demonetisation, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley said opposition should not invent ways to justify black money.

Arun Jaitley said: "To take such step it required boldness and that's why the decision was not taken in the last seven decades."

"Black money pe kisan ka sahara lena bandh karen KhargeJi, kisaan ka paisa white hai uspe tax nahi lagta," FM Arun Jaitley in reply to Kharge in Lok Sabha.


"Whole country was patient, only one who had problems was the Indian opposition not the people," Jaitley said.
