Northern Railway to organise 'Pension Adalat' for ex-employees

JALANDHAR: Northern Railways will organise 'Pension Adalat' on December 15 for its retired employees to resolve complaints of pension and salary arrears.

According to Northern Railway spokesman A S Negi, the 'Pension Adalat' will be organised at the Northern Railway zonal headquarters, Baroda House in New Delhi and all divisional head offices.

"Northern Railway organises Pensioners Grievances Tribunal to redress pension-related complaints every year. This year, Pension Adalat will be organised," he said.

The concerned employees can raise their issues at their place of retirement, he said.

Northern Railway had sought the details of complaints by November 1 and investigation is on, he added.
