No Indian hurt in Kabul's suicide bomber attack
NEW DELHI: No Indian national was hurt when a suicide car bomber targeted foreign military vehicles in central Kabul today in which at least one civilian was killed and nearly 20 were injured.

Official sources said no Indian national was hurt or Indian asset damaged in the blast which happened three km away from country's embassy.

"It was a suicide car bomber targeting a convoy of foreign forces in Kabul," Afghan interior ministry spokesman Sediq Sediqqi said about the attack.

The attack comes a week after an audacious attack on the nation's parliament, which highlighted the ability of insurgents, who have been fighting to overthrow the Kabul government for almost 14 years, to enter the highly fortified capital to stage deadly attacks.
