Nitish Kumar will never be part of NDA now: Amit Shah
"Despite being the single largest party, we made Nitish Kumar the CM so that the double-engine government will function smoothly for the development of Bihar. But he sided with Lalu Prasad's RJD and Congress," he told the gathering.
During his first public meeting at Lauria, Valmiki Nagar, Shah attacked Kumar for leaving the NDA.
"Despite being the single largest party, we made Nitish Kumar the CM so that the double-engine government will function smoothly for the development of Bihar. But he sided with Lalu Prasad's RJD and Congress," he told the gathering.
"Every three years, Nitish Kumar dreams of becoming the CM of the state. But he doesn't know there is no vacancy as PM Modi will return in 2024," Shah added. "I am saying here with full authority that the doors of the BJP are now closed for Nitish Kumar, and he will never be a part of the NDA in future."
Shah also attacked Kumar for the poor law and order situation in the state.
He added that Kumar had promised to make Lalu Prasad's son Tejashwi the chief minister of the state.
"Nitish has promised Lalu Ji to make his son the CM of the state. Now, half Jungle Raj is already there. Nitish should tell the state when he is going to make Tejashwi the CM and establish a full Jungle Raj in the state," Shah said.
While addressing a farmer's meeting in Patna, Shah said Kumar was putting obstacles in the development work of the Narendra Modi government.
