NEW DELHI: Union minister Nitin Gadkari has reportedly said that he told officials of real estate developer DLF he would break their legs if they left the Multi Modal International Cargo Hub and Airport ( MIHAN) project incomplete.

“They (DLF officials) told me that they wanted to give the land back and were asking for the money back. I said go, but we will break your legs,” road transport and highways, and shipping minister Gadkari said on February 6 while speaking at a programme organised by the Nagpur local council, according to an ABP Majha Marathi news channel report.

DLF stayed on to complete the project, the minister said.
