The CBI on Thursday sealed the Osmanabad house of suspended NCP MP Padamsinh Patil, arrested in connection with the murder of Congress leader Pawanraje Nimbalkar.

The CBI had last week conducted searches at Patil's residence at Colaba in south Mumbai and had recovered five firearms, cash worth Rs 7.25 lakh, nine high frequency wireless sets and other incriminating documents.
Patil, who was arrested on June 6 by the CBI, is presently in judicial custody and is lodged in the Taloja jail in Navi Mumbai.
Besides Patil, the CBI has arrested five others in the case so far -- Satish Mandade, Mohan Shukla, Dinesh Tiwari, Parasmal Jain and Pintu Singh -- for allegedly murdering Nimbalkar on June 3, 2006 at Kalamboli in Navi Mumbai.
