NIA must probe Malegaon absconders' links to Bodh Gaya: SP

MUMBAI: Doubting the involvement of right-wing Hindu organisations in the BodhGaya bomb blasts, Samajwadi Party said that the National Investigation Agency (NIA) should probe those who are absconding in the Malegaon and Mecca Masjid attacks.

"Many of the accused in the Malegaon and Mecca-Masjid blasts are absconding. The NIA should probe into it," SP spokesperson Abdul Qadir Chaudhari told reporters.

Taking a dig at Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi, he said, "After the Janata Dal (United) severed ties with the BJP, Modi had said that they would teach (JDU) a lesson".
